Jautājumi par un ap PHP+APCACHE+MYSQL

1)Es esmu iesācējs ar Visu to un atiecīgi ir daudz jautājumu :)
2)Problēma man ir uzlikt apche web serverisu n ir dabūts kkāds blogs tā setting failu es konfigur;eju līdz nonācu līdz šitādai vieta

Un es nevaru atrast to path. Tas tkā viens.
3)Kā pareizi izveidot Mysql datubāzi, es lasīju iepriekšējos forumus, bet tā īsti nesapratu :(...
4)Ma nir dinamiskā IP vai nav tāds softs, kas automātiski redirektē uz jauno IP adresi. Tas tā kā būtu viss patlaban.

Cik liela ir vēlēšanās to uzlikt uz savas kastes un cik ir svarīgi izprast kā tas šancē?
Ja doma ir tikai palaist phpBB, to var arī bez mokām, uzliekot jau gatavu webserbveri.
Tikai tad sanāks tā, ka webs ir, bet no servera neko nejēdz.
