Trim (hide) parts of a video clip
When you trim a clip, you make a new start and/or end trim point. The start trim point determines when the clip will begin to play, and the end trim point determines when the clip will stop playing in your project and final movie. When you trim a clip, the trimmed part of the clip is not actually removed from the source file; it's just hidden so the trimmed part doesn't appear in your project or published movie.

No *.wtv (ētera TV MPEG4) failiem nevarēju izmest reklāmas pauzes. Windows Live Movie maker kārās augšā, čakarēja sinhronizāciju. MS koderi pat ar savu faila formātu neprot strādāt.

Kopš kura laika TV izmanto kaut kādus .wtv formātus ???  Nu saglabā taču to raidījumu kā normālu .ts failu un ar attiecīgu softu, piemēram Haali Media Splitter arī sagraizi un tajā pašā H264 kodējumā arī saglabā - vismaz kvalitāti nezaudēsi.

Gudrais Windows Mediacenter tādā ierakstīja. Gribēju bērnam no multenes izmest reklāmas pauzes, bet neiedomājos, ka šī primitīvā operācija nav pa spēkam MS programmētājiem.
