Problēma tāda, ka nevaru atrast, kur var noņemt, lai uz desktopa ikonu fons būtu caurspīdīgs un nebūtu redzams desktop color. Kaut kad kaut ko saspaidīju un nevar atrast kā noņemt.

mēģināju control panel ->system->advanced->performance settings
liku dažādi ķekšus, bet uz šī PC neiet. uz cita kaut ko pamainīju un gāja...

Control Panel -- System Properties -- Advanced -- Performance Settings:
Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop. OK.

Iespējamie varianti problēmas novēršanai - pārbaudīt pa vienam:
1) Desktop - Right click -
Arrange icons by -> <Lock web items on desktop> unselect;

2) Desktop - Right click - Properties - Desktop -
Customize Desktop - Web - uncheck all;

3) My Computer - Right click - Properties -System Properties - Advanced tab - Performance - Settings - Visual Effects tab
