php include parādās atstarpes starp include failiem

ir 4 faili header, index, footer es mācos php tāpēc īsti nēesmu pārliecināts par pareizi failu izkārtojumu.

Ir vel css fails, bet problēma nav viņā, jo tiem include failiem nav margini norādīti. Atverot ar FF ir atstarpes starp header - index un index - footer, bet atverot ar IE atstarpe ir starp index - footer.
